JCLA have undertaken projects with budgets in excess of a 2 million dollars as well as project budgets of a few thousand. We have created gorgeous pots of annuals at the small scale, and at the other end of the spectrum, transplanting of very large trees. John Cowen has been involved in the landscape industry for 30 + years and has degrees in both Landscape Construction and Landscape Architecture. Two of his associates are also trained in horticultural studies and landscape/garden design. John who was born and educated near London, England moved to the U.S. in 1986.
